Saturday 24th January, 10.30am until lunch (optional pm)
Litcham Warren.
Description: A Generalist initial rough survey of this mostly wooded area. It turnsout that this is quite possible mostly ancient woodland/Warren. So a day of discovery.Blow away the festive cobwebs!
Where &Parking: Postcode for the village of Litcham is PE32 2NS. Drive through Litcham towards Gressenhall and past the fishing lake on your left there are some woods, when you pass these pull in, very carefully, into the field adjoining these there will be NNNS signs to show that you are in the right place.

‘Decomposing in Norfolk’.
Description: The decomposing activities of fungi play a vital role in the functioning of ecosystems; many are beautiful to look at and their biology is fascinating. An active fungus study group in Norfolk has been researching their occurrence, and the talk is intended to convey some of our excitement.
Tony Leech is the County Fungus Recorder. He has had a lifelong interest in fungi which bring together his biological background as a teacher and his passion for natural history.
