The Society’s events programme is open to young people provided that they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
No hazards capable of causing more than minor injury are reasonably likely to be encountered.
Those attending field meetings are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing, to bring sufficient water, food, sun-block, insect repellent or other essentials.
All attendees at events in our programme participate entirely at their own risk and no responsibility for any injury loss or damage shall lie against the organisers of the events. The distribution of a programme of events is not intended to and does not form any contract or any other legal relationship between the organisers and the participants.
