Description: Led by Dave Appleton. Dave is the Norfolk Recorder for Neuropters (lacewings and allied insects) and also the entomologist for the Wendling Beck Rewinding Project.

Parking behind Dillington Hall
Park at Dillington Farm, NR19 2QB. Take the main entrance to the farm (at the west end of the Dillington Hall and farm buildings) at https://maps.app.goo.gl/AtmE1SPNgtc8JWddA (What3Words ///bleaker.incoming.tulip).
After turning in, drive into the farmyard and turn right. Drive carefully through the farmyard where should see a tractor shed on your left. Then drive straight down the left hand track in front of you where you should see a sign to the Wendling Beck Environment Project. Continue to the gravel area where you can park, at https://maps.app.goo.gl/6dPviBEcA94jCE8E7 (What3Words ///drum.host.procures). There is a portaloo here but no other facilities.

Foulden Common let by Francis Farrow, a very knowledgeable naturalist.
Description: A Spring Walk for Spring migrants and butterflies. The 139 hectare Common is a mosaic of chalk grassland and wet heathland.

Description: We return to Bretts Wood with a UK Fungi Expert – Geoff Kibby.

Where &Parking: Postcode for the village of Litcham is PE32 2NS. W3w stylist.letter.laugh. Drive a little way through Litcham, in the Dereham direction, but while just about to leave Litcham take the first turning right which is just at the start of the few allotments which are on the right.
